Our buildings are designed for EZ framed openings for all type of doors. We can design your system for any weather conditions!

You can make your building color selection from thirteen beautiful colors. Deluxe “supersized ribbed trims” are always standard. Kentucky Steel engineered our panel to meet our customer’s need for a commercial look, waterproof fit and economical price. The self-drilling screw fasteners are color coded to match your steel cladding.
Many options for overhangs with soffit, self-supporting roofs, porch roofs, wainscoting insulation, gutters and downspouts, windows, doors, cupolas, etc. are available to purchase through your steel building one stop shop, Kentucky Steel.

Can you design a custom building to cover our loading docks?
Yes, we are the manufacturer, so we can design and manufacture to your requirements.

Will I be able to hang lights, sprinkler systems, fans, etc. (collateral loads) from the ceiling without affecting my snow load?
Yes, all of our building kits at Kentucky Steel are engineered with a 2 lb. collateral load (most other systems standard is 0.5 lbs. collateral) and we can increase the load depending on your requirements. What this means is for a 100×100 facility, you can hang 20,000 lbs. from the roof and maintain your snow load.

Can Kentucky Steel provide mezzanines, second story framing?
Yes, we can help design and manufacture your mezzanine. We will need to know what it is being used for (Storage, Offices, Equipment, etc.) and the required floor loading.
